Dave Nelson, Executive Chef at the Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel and Jeff Hanson, Head Brewer at Green Flash Brewing Company have teamed up to bring you an exquisite five-course meal specifically created to pair with the sometimes subtle, sometimes pronounced nuances of hops, malt and yeast.  This offering is brought to you by the Atypical Ale Project - a community collaboration to support Nebraska Transition College, whose mission is to empower individuals with Autism and other disabilities to learn, work, and live independently within our communities.
